Q: What is 'Newbie Nutrition'?
Newbie Nutrition is the first phase of the Best of You program. It’s Suzan’s science-based, structured approach to clean eating that balances hormones, heals digestion, and jumpstarts fat loss. It eliminates the confusion around food and teaches you exactly what and when to eat for results.
Q: How do the InBody scans work?
You’ll meet with Suzan in person for your InBody scans at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks. The scans give you a detailed look at your body composition — fat mass, muscle mass, and water balance — so you can track real changes beyond just the number on the scale.
Q: What kind of results can I expect in 6 weeks?
